Greta's real estate career began in 2005 in Philadelphia where she focused on residential sales and leases while obtaining her MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business with concentrations in Real Estate and Marketing. This education gave her a breadth of real estate knowledge from multi-family development to commercial asset management, yet, her passion remained on the residential side of the business where she could directly help and impact the lives of individual clients and families.
Greta moved to Orange County, obtained her Broker's license and chose to live, work, and volunteer in multiple communities in order to communicate to clients the unique attributes of each city. Greta works with homebuyers and sellers (including multi-family portfolio investors) throughout Orange County and uses her extensive network of real estate professionals to serve non-local clientele in other parts of Southern California, across the U.S., and around the world by connecting buyers and sellers to like-minded expert agents in their local markets.
Greta and her husband, Doug (a Certified Addictions Treatment Counselor, 16-year veteran of the Philadelphia Fire Department, and a Marine Corps veteran), support one another's career endeavors while making time to jointly homeschool their two children. Greta is a vocalist in the band: Burden of Groove, a member/volunteer of Festival of the Arts: Pageant of the Masters, Giveback Homes, Habitat for Humanity: Women Build, Estate Managers Coalition, OCMBA, Wharton Club of Southern California, Penn Club LA, University of Delaware Los Angeles Alumni Club, OC Networkers, Heart Link Women's Network, Moms Helping Moms Business Network, and a supporter of Cal-Earth Institute.
